Anchor Hitch is a new-concept seafood restaurant that combines an oyster bar with Asian-infused tapas. Inspired by the chef-driven creations, and the bold collaborations with local mural artists including David Flores, RA designed a custom dining experience that brought to life underwater oyster farms. Part of that vision is a parametrically designed partition wall, made of over 1,000 uniquely cut pipes that create a wave-like pattern. This installation spans from floor to ceiling and sets the tone as patrons make their way to the hostess stand upon entering the restaurant.
