We are looking for a full-time Interior Designer with significant design skills to join our growing and fast-paced team. This position will be a leader in creating architectural interiors and will work hand-in-hand with the architectural team to develop exceptional projects. The focus of this position will be on hospitality resorts, though there will be opportunities for interior design across our many other typologies. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, detail-oriented, and ambitious. The position requires design and coordination on interiors projects in all phases from concept through installation, including management and purchasing. Being able to work independently and in teams, along with superb attention to detail, meet deadlines and adherence to studio standards is expected. Extensive knowledge of FF&E selection and the specification process as well as the more technical side of design construction documents, details, plans, schedules, etc. is required.
We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our growing team in an architectural role focused on accessibility at hospitality projects across the country. The right person for this role will have significant code analysis and detailing/documentation experience and will be an excellent communicator and creative problem solver. This Project Manager will oversee the architectural, interpersonal and administrative aspects of multiple projects, collaborating with our dedicated in-house project team, as well as CASp consultants in the review of documented site assessments, development of drawing sets to complete the required accessibility upgrades and general building improvements, and management of the Client-Consultant team.
We are looking for a full-time Project Captain, who will fulfill an architectural role focused on accessibility and on-site reporting, to join our growing and fast-paced team. This unique position requires experience in multi-family and hospitality architecture with comprehensive and thorough knowledge of accessibility codes. The right person for this role will have construction administration experience, and will be an excellent communicator and on-site problem solver. This position will require travel to timeshare resorts of a major hospitality corporation across North America (in beautiful locales!) to conduct accessibility assessments, collaborate with the Owner-Architect-Contractor team, create reports and other site documentation in order to develop scopes of work. These documented site assessments will then be coordinated with our team for developing drawing sets to complete the required accessibility upgrades. The Project Captain, while not traveling, will help produce these drawing sets as well as redline drawings by the team.
