Not all work spaces are equal.
This modern office design for City Constructors, Inc. CI's headquarters showcases the relationship between modern clean lines and open creative office spaces. Located in downtown Los Angeles, the new CCI offices are housed in a 5,200 SF building on a 10,000 SF lot. The construction consisted of stripping the former clam factory building, leveling out the entire structure, and adding a second floor complete with a large conference room and six offices.
The building features stunning custom glass walls custom designed to match the original exterior windows.
The open floor plan allows for an open transfer of work ideas and collaboration on projects.
The office is spacious for its current 22 employees with a state of the art kitchen and event space that can house well over 100 people. There are various ways in which this office caters to its workers and enhances their work environment through architectural design features. The offices are designed to inspire workers to think more creatively. Providing athletic equipment aids in employees reducing stress and getting their blood (and brains) flowing. Others features such as lounge areas allow employees and clients to relax and feel at home and maybe even grab a drink at the outside bar.
